St. Patrick's Day White Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows

Festive white chocolate dipped marshmallows with festive St. Patrick's Day sprinkles.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag large marshmallows
  • white melting chocolate
  • sprinkles of your choice
  • 24 cake pop sticks

Instructions

  1. 1. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler or electric chocolate melter. 
  2. 2. Put sprinkles into a small bowl. 
  3. 3. Stick marshmallow onto a cake pop stick (available at craft stores) and dip each into chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off.  Then dip the tip into the bowl of sprinkles to coat the top. Set aside to harden. You can stick them into a Styrofoam block to dry, or poke holes into the bottom of an old shoe box - the point is to have them standing up.
  4. 4. When completely dry, package them into small bags (also found at craft stores) and tie them with a color coordinating ribbon.
