Sometimes the pizza craving strikes and we need pizza on the fly. In addition to my beloved barbecue chicken flatbread pizza, these English muffin pizzas are a life-saver on busy days. My mom used to make these for me when I was growing up, and I’ve passed on the tradition with my own kiddos. Kids love DIY pizza night, so why not let them make their own English muffin pizzas?! This fun meal will encourage kids to eat their veggies. Having lots of chopped fresh produce will entice them to load up and get crazy with their creations.

Even if you’re not cooking for a family, who doesn’t love a 10-minute meal?! Pair these personal-size pizzas with my favorite copycat Olive Garden salad to pack some extra veggie power.

How To Make Monster Face Air Fryer Pizzas

Monster face pizzas were one of our Halloween food traditions when my kids were little. It was a quick and easy dinner where I could get a little nutrition in their bodies before they loaded up with candy. They loved arranging the vegetable slices to make a crazy monster face. It’s a really fun way to help kids eat more vegetables and get creative in the kitchen.

    My Favorite Air Fryer

I currently have the Cosori Air Fryer Oven Combo 5.8 QT Max XL and I am obsessed. I love the large capacity of the fryer basket and how quickly and evenly it cooks the food. If you are a fryer newbie, I will caution you that you need to watch the food closely as you figure out the time adjustment for different recipes. It cooks faster than you’d think! Which is another reason why I love it so much. I can have recipes ready in a flash, which is a huge plus for this busy mama! All air fryers are a bit of trial and error because the cooking time isn’t exactly the same for every model.
