How To Make High Protein Pudding
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- Large box of sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding (chocolate, vanilla, or your favorite flavor)
- Whey protein powder (your favorite flavor)
- Fairlife skim milk (or regular skim milk)
- Your favorite toppings for garnishing (I love sugar-free whipped cream and berries!)
Tips
I recommend using whey protein for the best taste and texture. I’ve used complementary flavors to the pudding-like salted caramel protein and chocolate, peanut butter protein with chocolate, etc. Go with your favorite blends! Also, make sure that you buy the large box of pudding mix (1.5 oz) not the smaller size.

That looks delicious! Have you consider putting in some fruits or fruit jam?
Berries would be great on top!
Hi Amee,
I only see 5OZ or 3.4OZ boxes for pudding at the store. Are we only supposed to use 1.5OZ of the pudding powder?
Hi Mark! If you look at the bottom right corner of a Jell-O brand pudding box (what I have in my pantry at the moment) you’ll see that it says NET WT 1.5 oz (42g). That’s the size box you need. It’s the large box for the Jell-O brand. Hope that helps!
Yup, I’m all about this, looks so good — I’ve made almost the same exact thing before with the SF pudding mix #bhahahah — it DOES take care of the cravings!
Great minds think alike! ๐ Thanks for stopping by Jennifer!
How many grams of carbs and protein per serving?
I didn’t post the macros because it will vary depending on the type/brand of protein powder that you use.
Hi Aimee,
Do you know the amount of a serving? Half a cup,one cup?
Hi Julie, the whole batch makes 3 cups, so it’s 1/2 cup for each serving.
