Blueberry Lavender Mojito
This Blueberry Lavender Mojito recipe makes the perfect summer cocktail made with blueberry lavender simple syrup, fresh lime, white rum, mint, and seasonal blueberries.
Mojitos are the perfect summer cocktail. You can change-up the fruit, using different berries, peaches, and tropical fruits. Another favorite of mine is this Kiwi Mint Mojito, it’s pretty to serve and crazy delicious.
Our friends served these Blueberry Lavender Mojitos this summer and they were amazing! The secret to making a quick and simple version of this cocktail is Sallie’s Greatest Blueberry Lavender Handcrafted Simple Syrup. If you cannot find it or are a cocktail purist, it’s easy to make your own lavender-infused simple syrup. I’ve included the recipe for a from-scratch version so you can make your own.
These blueberry lavender mojitos are sure to be a hit at your next party. 🙂

What a delcious treat with in-season local blueberries! My friend had given me a large bunch of fresh lavender when I came across this recipe. It’s now my favorite blueberry cocktail! I’m craving one so much that I’m making the syrup right now with out of season blueberries and dried lavender. Thanks for a keeper recipe!

I just came back from Hilton head island where I bought Sallyโs blueberry lavender syrup. I had seen the mojito recipe at the distillery but they didnโt give me the recipe. I had to memorize it but figured Iโd search online for it… bingo! You have the recipe with that exact product and even instructions to make the syrup to boot! Iโll be perusing this blog for a while now, amazing photos and content. Thank you, cheers!!
So glad that you found me! Sallyโs syrups are the best!! I spend a lot of time on HHI, my parents have lived there for years. Cheers and Happy New Year!
