White Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal Cookie Mix
There is something magical about this cookie combination. White Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies are one of my favorite holiday cookie recipes. This oatmeal cookie mix is super easy to throw together for a foodie gift or to have on hand in the pantry for short cut holiday baking.
Ingredients For One Jar Of Cookie Mix
- 1 cup unbleached all-purpose or white wheat flour, divided in half
- 1/2 cup whole oats
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions To Assemble The Jars
- Layer the ingredients in a 1-liter jar, starting with half of the flour
- Add the oats
- Then add remaining flour
- Layer the remaining ingredients in the order listed.
