Raspberry Ginger Fizz
Raspberry Ginger Fizz is a festive holiday cocktail made with sparkling white wine, ginger liqueur, and fresh raspberries.
This simple cocktail would be perfect for a Christmas toast, Holiday party, or New Year’s celebration. I’m a little obsessed with Domaine De Canton, it’s so good just straight up in a cordial glass. The ginger flavor is perfect, not too strong, but enough infusion to give this Raspberry Ginger Fizz a nice subtle kick.
This cocktail is reminiscent of ginger ale but better. I used sparkling Pinot Grigio for this recipe, instead of Prosecco. It’s not as dry, but either would work beautifully. Cheers! 🙂
How To Make A Raspberry Ginger Fizz Cocktail
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- Domaine De Canton ginger liqueur (one of my favorites…it’s so good!)
- Sparkling white wine or Prosecco
- Fresh raspberries
In a champagne flute add:
- Raspberries
- Domaine De Canton
- Top with sparkling wine or Prosecco to fill the glass
A simple and festive drink for holiday parties!
Bartender Tip
You can also use fresh cranberries to garnish the glass, they are pretty to look at but definitely not as tasty as the raspberries to eat after they have soaked up the booze. 😉
