Five Minute Low-Carb Tuna Salad
A speedy and delicious recipe for low-carb tuna salad that takes five minutes or less to make. This simple recipe is made with albacore tuna, olive oil mayo, relish, mustard, hard-boiled egg, and spices.

Five Minute Tuna Salad
*Makes one serving
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 2.5 oz packet of albacore tuna in water, drained
- 1 tsp dill relish (can also use sweet relish)
- 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
- 2 tsp olive oil blend mayonnaise
- FlavorGod lemon garlic seasoning, to taste (can also use lemon pepper)
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- 1 cup butter lettuce
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 2 tsp avocado oil
- good quality balsamic vinegar
Directions:
Mix the first six ingredients together in a small bowl. Place one cup of butter lettuce in a salad bowl and top with spinach leaves. Top with tuna salad and drizzle with avocado oil and vinegar. Simple, fast, and delicious.
Five Minute Low-Carb Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 1 2.5oz packet albacore tuna in water
- 1 tsp dill relish can also use sweet relish
- 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
- 2 tsp olive oil blend mayo
- Lemon garlic seasoning to taste I used FlavorGod
- 1 hardboiled egg-chopped
- 1 cup butter lettuce
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 2 tsp avocado oil
- good quality balsamic vinegar to taste, for drizzling or your favorite low-carb dressing.
Instructions
- Mix together the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl
- Place 1 cup butter lettuce in a bowl and top with 1/2 cup baby spinach
- Add tuna salad on top
- Drizzle with 2 tsp avocado oil
- If you need more flavor, drizzle lettuce with a little good quality balsamic vinegar or your favorite low-carb dressing.
