Tips To Drink More Water

We all know that drinking water does a body good. Our bodies are comprised of 60% water, so staying hydrated is really important. I’m going to share some tips to drink more water, so you’ll have no problem meeting your daily H2O goals!
Most people struggle to get the recommended 8 glasses of water a day. A better estimate for water intake is to drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water a day. You’ll need even more if you sweat a lot exercising or working outdoors. One of my favorite tips if plain water seems too boring, is to jazz it up with different fruits and herbs.
I also love using an insulated tumbler (like the Yeti or a Yeti knock-off) with stainless steel straws. It makes it super cold and very refreshing to drink. Another way to enjoy your drinking water is to get a purification system, like these portable and easy-to-use Berkey water filters.

It comes in several different sizes, even a travel version, which would be great for camping.
The filters are laboratory tested and set up is simple and easy. They offer instructions on YouTube to assemble the unit.
One thing I love about our Berkey is that the water tastes so clean and pure from this unit. Tap water can taste pretty funky. This water tastes great and makes me want to drink even more! When I’m thirsty, there’s nothing better than a refreshing glass of water!!

This is some really good information about how to drink more water. I am not a huge fan of water. So, I liked that you talked about getting a filter that will get rid of a lot of the things that can make water not taste good. It might also just be good to get some bottled water as well.
