Daily exercise is essential to living a life of optimum mental and physical wellness. Whatever form of fitness that you embrace, make it fun and challenging so that you stick with it on a regular basis. Exercise is your best therapy. It’s a stress reliever, increases your energy levels and makes you feel amazing. I love so many things that involve exercise: running, swimming, biking, yoga, paddleboarding, hiking, pilates, CrossFit, etc. Stay active doing physical things that interest you; this will set you up for long term success.
