Today is #worldcancerday For me, this month marks four years cancer free. 🙏 For those of you who are new here and want to know more about my journey, you can read my cancer stories highlight by tapping the circle at the top of my page. God is good. There’s not a day that goes by that I’m not thankful and grateful. Each day we can chose to live our best life and rely on faith moving forward. When those feelings of doubt, fear or vulnerability creep in (and they do...often), focus on the positive. All of us that go through major obstacles in life, whether it’s disease or something else, our journey is transformative. Trauma lives in the body. Acknowledge the lessons that come with the pain and learn to let that sh*t go.🧘‍♂️ We have the power within us to make the rest of our life our best life yet. We can take the reigns and do everything within our control to live healthfully, passionately and fully. Find what lights the fire in your soul and give it all you’ve got. 🔥 You are worth the fight. Be brave. Be strong. Love hard. Live in the moment. Keep moving forward. Don’t dwell on the past. Every day is a gift. If you know someone fighting, just be there for them and let them know you care. Meal prep chicken curry lettuce wraps✨ Love this quick & easy lunch! *Makes 4 servings Whisk together: 4 tbsp light mayo 1/2 tsp curry powder 1/4 tsp Hungarian sweet paprika 1/4 tsp dry mustard 1/4 tsp salt Add 12 oz cooked chopped chicken breast (can also use @boarshead_official low sodium chicken breast for convenience), 4 tbsp golden raisins and one small chopped apple.
