A quick and delicious protein shake made with wild frozen blueberries, whey protein powder, ground flaxseed, and almond milk.

Ingredients

  • 30 g whey protein powder chocolate or vanilla- I use whey isolate, but go with your favorite protein powder brand and flavor
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 tbsp ground golden flaxseed you can also use a tbsp of nut butter instead of the flax
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 packet stevia optional for added sweetness- or a tsp of your favorite natural sweetener (if you are using a really sweet protein powder, you can leave this out)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
