30gwhey protein powderchocolate or vanilla- I use whey isolate, but go with your favorite protein powder brand and flavor
1cupfrozen wild blueberries
1tbspground golden flaxseedyou can also use a tbsp of nut butter instead of the flax
1cupunsweetened almond milkor milk of choice
1/2cupice
1packetsteviaoptional for added sweetness- or a tsp of your favorite natural sweetener (if you are using a really sweet protein powder, you can leave this out)
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
