Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup chopped kale leaves
  • 1 cup Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Trop50 orange juice or freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds raw, shelled
  • a few ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Notes

*You can also add a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder to this shake for an added protein boost.
