The Best Mango Wild Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie

This easy breakfast smoothie recipe uses frozen wild blueberries, frozen mango, almond milk and plain Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt *I used Cabot Greek yogurt with 22 g of protein
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup Wyman's of Maine frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon Whole Earth Sweetener *my favorite zero calorie sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 handful fresh spinach *optional (can also add a scoop of greens powder)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
