vanilla casein powder
1 scoop = about 1 oz

no-stir creamy peanut butter

baking powder

tbsp
unsweetened almond milk
*can use regular milk but it changes the macros

coarse salt

tsp
vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl with a spoon. Mixture will be crumbly when thoroughly mixed.
Form mixture into 3 balls about the size of a golf balls.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press cookies with your hand to flatten them out.
Sprinkle with salt and bake for 12 minutes.
Top with jam and serve warm.
