Maple Grilled Peaches with Greek Yogurt

- 2 peaches slightly firm, sliced in half
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 8 oz plain Greek yogurt full-fat
- 2 tsp real maple syrup
- 2-3 mint leaves finely chopped
Slice peaches in half, remove the pit and brush with olive oil
Place on a heated grill and cook with skin side down for 4 minutes, turn and cook 3-4 minutes more
Serve warm with yogurt, maple syrup and fresh mint
