4-5drops Tabasco sauce

Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth.
Notes
Nutrition information is for 1 tablespoon size serving.
If you don't have a blender, just add the ingredients to a mason jar or dressing cruet, seal, and shake until mixed.
Stir in chopped shallots or fresh herbs for a flavor twist.
Be sure to use a lighter mild-tasting olive oil that is fruity and balanced so it doesn't overpower the dressing for best flavor. California Olive Ranch is a good choice for dressings.
