Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1-2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Mediterranean seasoning such as McCormick
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly cracked pepper

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until blended. Drizzle over salad and serve.

Notes

  • Be sure to use a lighter mild-tasting olive oil that is fruity and balanced so it doesn't overpower the dressing for best flavor. California Olive Ranch is a good choice for dressings.
