  • 1/2 frozen banana sliced for easy blending
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter or peanut butter powder for a low-fat/ low-cal version
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • *optional: 1 tbsp cocoa powder for rich chocolate flavor
