A delicious protein-packed shake made with Greek yogurt, protein powder, frozen cherries, banana, almond butter, and flaxseed. Makes one large meal-size serving, or two small snack-size servings.
30gvanilla whey protein powder*optional, but adds a great protein boost
1cupfrozen cherries
½frozen bananasliced
1tbspalmond butteror sliced almonds
1tspground golden flaxseed
¼tspalmond extract
1packet steviacan also use honey or maple syrup, to taste
½cupiceor additional frozen fruit to thicken
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
