Stir all sauce ingredients together and pour over chicken.
Cook for 3-4 hours on high or low for 6-7 hours (depending on the size of the chicken breasts). Chicken is done when it easily shreds with a fork. Then switch to the warm setting until ready to serve.
Shred the chicken in the crockpot before serving.
Serve with blue cheese crumbles, ranch dressing, slaw and rolls.
