A delicious protein-packed smoothie made with Greek yogurt, whey protein, flaxseed, frozen bananas, and a blend of frozen blueberries and strawberries.

unsweetened almond milk
or milk of choice

plain Greek yogurt

organic frozen strawberries

cup
organic wild frozen blueberries

ripe banana
frozen and sliced into coins

vanilla whey protein powder
*you can also use unflavored and add sweetener to taste

ground golden flaxseed

packet stevia
or 1 tsp honey
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the blender jar in the order listed.
Blend on high speed until completely smooth. If needed, scrape down the sides to help everything blend.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
