Ingredients

  • 1 quart fresh strawberries sliced
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • ½ lb fresh baby spinach rinsed, dried and hard stems removed
  • 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese cubed
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • ½ cup agave nectar
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup white distilled vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced sweet onion
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  • Place spinach, cheese, almonds and strawberries in a large bowl.
  • Place all remaining ingredients into a blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Drizzle all over salad, toss to coat and serve.
