Nutella Protein Shake

A chocolate hazelnut protein shake made with whey protein, cocoa powder, banana, and toasted hazelnuts. A swirl of Nutella is optional but amazing.

Ingredients

  • 28 g unflavored whey protein powder
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk can also use coconut milk or regular milk
  • ½ cup ice
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoon chopped and very lightly toasted hazelnuts
  • 1 ⅔ tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 packet stevia I use Whole Earth sweetener
  • splash good quality vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Blend all in a Vitamix or blender and serve immediately.
  • Makes one large serving or two small (snack size) servings.
