  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1-2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Mediterranean seasoning such as McCormick
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
