Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 cups fortified unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed or flax oil
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon plus extra for garnish
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with cinnamon.
