Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp 1 oz R.W. Knudsen Organic Bluberry Juice
  • 3/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 5.3 oz plain 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder your favorite brand
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp slivered almonds
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. Put first five ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with chia seeds, almonds and cacao nibs
