Ingredients

  • 1 scoop 1.1 oz peanut butter flavored protein powder (I used Quest Nutrition brand)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter powder such as PBFit
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 tbsp unsweetened almond milk can also use regular milk

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve with apple slices for dipping
