French Green Beans Center-cut Bacon Butter Brown Sugar Dijon Mustard Garlic Pepper Coarse Salt
In a large pot, bring green beans to a boil and cook for 6 minutes. Then drain and place them in an ice bath.
Cook bacon for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Wrap about 7 or 8 beans with a piece of bacon and secure the bundle with a toothpick. Repeat.
Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, dijon, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Baste each bundle with the glaze mixture. Bake the green bean roll-ups for 15-18 minutes.
