Gluten Free Beef Stew

This Gluten Free Beef Stew is the best dump-and-go dinner! Cooked low and slow resulting in a hearty and DELICIOUS pot of classic beef stew.

  Ingredients for Gluten Free Beef Stew

Chuck Roast | Olive Oil | Onion Gluten Free Flour | Garlic | Carrots Red Wine | Tomato Paste Potatoes | Beef Stock | Celery Worcestershire Sauce | Bay Leaves Paprika | Salt & Pepper | Thyme

Toss the cubed beef in a seasoned flour mixture. Then sear until browned on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker. Sauté onions and garlic and pour over the seared beef.

Sear and Sauté

Stir together the wine, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker.

Whisk

Add the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker and pour the beef stock over the top. Cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 8 hours. Season with more salt, to taste if needed.
