Brioche Bread | Eggs Brie Cheese | Half and Half Brown Sugar | Apricot Jam Sliced Almonds | Salt | Pepper
Spray a shallow baking dish with olive oil spray. Roughly chop the brioche into 1" cubes and then layer it on the bottom of the baking dish.
Whisk eggs, half and half, and seasoning. Pour over the brioche. Layer the sliced brie onto the brioche and spread a layer of apricot jam onto each slice. Add almonds and brown sugar.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake at 375F for 20 minutes. Broil for a minute at the end, to get the cheese toasted and bubbly. Serve hot with crackers and fresh fruit.
