Jalapeños Chicken Cutlets Cream Cheese Ricotta Cheese Bacon Extra Virgin Olive Oil Paprika Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350F. Saute jalapeños in olive oil over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
Lay out chicken cutlets and, in the center of each breast, add cream cheese, ricotta, several strips of jalapeño, and seasoning.
Roll up each breast and wrap with bacon, sealing on one side. Season with salt and pepper, place into a lightly greased baking dish and bake 1 hour.
