Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large pot, add the beans and cover with water.
Bring to a boil and cook for 6 minutes.
Drain the beans and put them into an ice bath to stop the cooking process and cool.
Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat and cook the bacon for 3-4 minutes, turning half way through.
Drain bacon on paper towels.
Drain the green beans and pat them dry with paper towels.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wrap about 7 or 8 beans with a piece of bacon and secure the bundle with a toothpick. Repeat until all twelve bundles are assembled.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Using a pastry brush, baste each bundle with the glaze mixture, making sure to coat each bundle thoroughly.
Bake the green bean roll-ups for 15-18 minutes until the bacon is golden
