  • 1 3/4 lbs pork tenderloin cut into 2 inch strips
  • 1 small onion coarsely chopped
  • 1 small red pepper chopped
  • 1 small green pepper chopped
  • 3 15oz cans black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 12oz jar salsa (Spicy, Smokey Peach Salsa recommended)
  • 1 small can diced tomatoes and green chilis
  • 1/2 cup organic chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder


  • Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • Break up pieces of pork to thicken chili before serving.
