Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple cored reserving ½ cup
  • 1 cup fresh mango peeled and sliced into chunks
  • 2 oranges 1 peeled and 1 sliced into rings
  • 2 kiwi peeled and 1 sliced
  • 1 750ml bottle Prosecco
  • Orange bitters
  • ½ cup agave nectar or simple syrup
  • 1 lemon peeled
  • 1 apple cored
  • Club soda

Instructions

In the bottom of a large pitcher, layer:

  • ½ cup sliced pineapple
  • Fresh mango chunks
  • Orange slices
  • Kiwi slices

Then:

  • Pour bottle of Prosecco over fruit
  • Add a few drops of orange bitters
  • Stir in agave nectar

Next juice together:

  • whole orange, peeled
  • lemon, peeled
  • apple, cored
  • Remaining pineapple
  • kiwi, peeled

Add fresh juice to pitcher and top with club soda to fill
