- 2 1/2 cups frozen raspberries (112 grams)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
In a medium sauce pan, combine raspberries, coconut sugar and lemon juice
Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring frequently
Lower heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking
Cool and serve. It will thicken as it cools
