This easy protein avocado dip recipe made with Greek yogurt is crazy good and super simple to whip up in a flash.

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado

Sprinkle with a little extra cilantro before serving.

  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1/2-1 tsp coarse salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mash avocado with a fork.

  2. Stir in all other ingredients.

  3. Garnish with extra cilantro, if desired.
