Easy Raspberry Compote

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups frozen raspberries (112 grams)
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a medium sauce pan, combine raspberries, coconut sugar and lemon juice
  • Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring frequently
  • Lower heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking
  • Cool and serve. It will thicken as it cools
