Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • ½ cup frozen almond milk cubes or frozen milk of choice, or ice
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder vanilla or chocolate
  • 1-2 drops peppermint stevia drops
  • 1 tablespoon raw shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon whipped cream *optional
  • 1 mini candy cane crushed

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend and enjoy

Notes

*Using milk frozen in ice cube trays makes a creamier shake. I used unsweetened almond milk in this recipe, but other nut milks, oat milk, soy milk, and regular milk work great too. Changing up the milk source will change the nutrition stats.
