Vanilla Protein Donuts

A delicious recipe for baked vanilla protein donuts made with a blend of oats and flour, whey protein, eggs, whipped cottage cheese, and maple syrup. When that donut craving strikes, these baked healthier donuts are the perfect solution!

  Ingredients for Vanilla Protein Donuts

Vanilla Milkshake Whey Protein Powder Whole Oats | Flour | Eggs | Vanilla Maple Syrup | Almond Milk Cottage Cheese | Avocado Oil Baking Powder | Salt 

Protein Frosting Milk | Butter | Protein Powder

Classic Donut Glaze Powdered Sugar | Vanilla | Milk

Grind the oats until it reaches the consistency of flour. Blend cottage cheese until smooth. Then mix all ingredients until combined and smooth.

Mix Batter

Pour batter evenly into the prepared donut pan. Bake for 12 minutes in a preheated oven until cooked through. 

Bake

Stir milk and protein powder together, then add cooled melted butter. If making the classic glaze, stir all ingredients together in a small bowl.

Make Frosting
