Chicken Breasts | Olive Oil Red Bell Pepper | Pineapple & Juice Garlic | Ginger | Hoisin Sauce Soy Sauce | Chicken Broth Brown Sugar | Cornstarch | Pepper Cashews | Sesame Seeds
Cook chicken in olive oil for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until cooked through. Add bell pepper, fresh pineapple and garlic, cook for 4-6 minutes.
Whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, broth, pineapple juice, ginger and brown sugar. Add to the skillet and bring to a low boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
Stir cornstarch and water into the sauce. Add the cashews, season with pepper, and simmer for 4-5 minutes more until sauce has thickened. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
