Baked Potato Bar

  Ingredients for A Baked Potato Bar

Russet Potatoes | Olive Oil Lean Ground Beef | Garlic | Onions Ground Mild Sausage | Bacon Sharp Cheddar | Salt | Pepper OPTIONAL Butter | Cream | Fresh Chives

Rub potatoes lightly with oil, sprinkle with coarse salt, and prick several times with a fork. 

Prepare Potatoes

Bake 40-60 minutes. About 10 minutes before they are done, pop the bacon in the oven. When done, crumble bacon, wrap potatoes in foil and keep warm in the oven.

Cook the ground beef and sausage until no longer pink. Drain, add the garlic and cook until soft. Then season with salt and pepper.
