  • 1 medium-large organic apple cored
  • 2 medium organic carrots
  • 2-3 large kale leaves
  • 1 tsp size piece of fresh ginger peeled


  • Wash all produce and set aside.  Peel ginger and cut off about a tsp size piece.   Place into the chute of a juicer and process.
