  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 6 tbsp cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp Ancho chili powder I love Ancho for the sweeter, mild flavor
  • 3 tbsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp natural brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp powdered chicken broth base
  • 3 tsp onion powder
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a mason jar and shake to mix
  • Store in the refrigerator to maintain freshness
