Ingredients

  • 3 cloves black garlic
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • ½ cup roasted red peppers in the jar
  • ½ cup pitted green olives
  • ½ cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 2 ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until combined
  • Serve with sliced cucumbers, crackers or crostini
