Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chopped
  • ¼ cup very finely diced celery
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup toasted walnuts chopped (can also use slivered almonds)
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tbsp honey
  • *1 tsp fresh lemon thyme and more for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Blend yogurt, cream cheese, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, lemon thyme (if using) and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer until smooth and creamy
  • Stir in remaining ingredients and garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme, if desired.
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve.
