Place ingredients, except the apple slices, in a meal prep container and refrigerate until ready to eat
Add the sliced apple up to a few hours before you are ready to serve.
Notes
Tip: To help preserve sliced apples for several hours, mix 1 tablespoon of lemon juice with 1 cup of water and soak the apple slices for 3 minutes, then drain and rinse. The citric acid in the lemon juice helps to prevent the oxidation process.
