A simple and healthy way to make sweet potato fries. Sweet potato wedges are seasoned and roasted to tender perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 large sweet potatoes peeled
  • 3 tablespoon avocado oil Can also use olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt Or more or less to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the sweet potatoes into thick strips.
  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Spray a shallow roasting pan with olive oil spray.
  • Combine sweet potato slices with chili powder in a large Ziploc bag; shake to coat.
  • Add oil to Ziploc bag and shake again to coat.
  • Spread out on a roasting pan
  • Bake for 30-40 min until golden and slightly browned, stirring a couple of times during cooking to cook evenly.
