In reply to MarKie. Thanks MarKie! It was a smaller pie pumpkin with a flat bottom, so it was pretty stable. I used a large platter for serving that was slightly curved, so everything stayed put. Thanks for stopping by! :)

Clever, clever, clever!! I especially like the guac. recipe (yum). But what did you serve it on? A curved platter or a shallow bowl and either way, how did you keep the pumpkin from tipping over? Was it a large serving piece?
