Fire Roasted San Marzano Tomatoes Tomato Paste | Basil | Oregano Italian Parsley | Sugar | Onion Garlic | Red Wine | Chicken Broth Olive Oil | Red Pepper Flakes Salt | Pepper
Blend san marzano tomatoes, tomato paste, chopped parsley, basil, fresh oregano leaves, sugar, sea salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
Heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until the onion is soft and fragrant but not browned.
Add the wine, chicken broth and pureed tomato mixture. Then reduce the heat, and let simmer for 30 minutes, occasionally stirring.
