Dark Chocolate Dipped Apricots
An easy dessert recipe made with dried apricots and melted dark chocolate.

- 8 Dried Turkish apricots
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips at least 60% cacao
Melt chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave, stirring during cooking to prevent burning, until melted and glossy.
Dip each dried apricot into chocolate half way. Place on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
Refrigerate apricots on the cookie sheet until chocolate has hardened.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
